**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Analyst on our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models that enhance our visitor experiences
* Identifying areas where business challenges can be addressed through the application of machine learning
* Working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions that deliver exceptional results
* Developing and maintaining functional support and upkeep of machine learning-related products and services
* Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
* Productionizing machine learning calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more
* Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
* 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
* Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
* 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
* Docker
* Control frameworks
* Kubernetes
* Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage
* Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
* Agile development techniques
* Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development
* Data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
* Sound analysis
* Text analysis
**Education**
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is a plus.
