**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a senior data analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or academic setting
* Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with experience working with large datasets
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
