**Job Summary**
As an Information Investigator II, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive process optimization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to address them. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
* Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
* Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
* Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
* Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
* Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
* Build vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
* Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
* Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
**Essential Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
* Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
* Understanding of social data set plan and capability
* Strong math and analytical skills
* Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying abilities
* Successful collaboration and time management skills
* Ability to carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas
* Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a technical field
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
* Experience with data storytelling and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Prezi
