If you're passionate about data analysis, healthcare, and business intelligence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute models, develop tools, and calculations to optimize processes connected with HCB's case environment. * Identify and measure opportunities for research to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement, and claim modification. * Creates, approves, and executes calculations and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions. * Investigates, examines, and interprets large volumes of data in various formats. * Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to tackle complex business issues. * Utilizes advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses. * Creates data visualizations and pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs. * Utilizes data visualization methods to communicate analytical results and support business decisions effectively. * Develops and assesses the data needs of assigned projects and ensures the integrity of the data. * Investigates existing data and suggests additional sources of data for enhancements. **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of significant scientific experience * Experience programming using R or Python * Experience in SQL * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Business Overview** At arenaflex, we share a single, clear purpose: Carrying our heart to every moment of your wellbeing.
