careerzynith is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
- Collaborate with our content development team to enhance our content launch and episode release strategies
- Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Design and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python programming languages
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
