**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst in our HRIS group, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Produce preferred queries and reviews, and evaluate employee-related data to provide insights and recommendations for HR business partners.
* **HRIS Configuration and Support**: Perform structure configuration, coordination, and renovation of structure functionality, preparing person check plans and communicating them to stakeholders.
* **Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance**: Research and approve structures based on security protocols and guidelines, guiding troubleshooting of devices and coordinating implementation and releases.
* **Data Documentation and Training**: Develop device and procedure documentation to support the communication of new processes or implementations and to aid user training.
* **Business Intelligence and Reporting**: Schedule designs and execute preferred and ad-hoc reviews to retrieve data from multiple sources and structures, working with Business Intelligence tools and/or Microsoft Excel or Access to carry out specialized formatting, evaluation, and processing of reviews.
* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Consult with business customers on primary to mid-level reporting solutions, determining how data can be used to support customer reporting needs and business decisions.
* **Project Management**: Provide support on initiatives and lead and implement a phase of a larger HRIS project, including testing and documentation, coordinating project group activities/tasks.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's Degree**: In a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
* **3+ years of experience**: Studying and reporting data, including Human Resources data, financial analysis, and data integrity, and data administration.
* **HRIS experience**: Configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC.
* **Customer Support**: Providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for service and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* **Data Analysis**: Analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, patterns, or exceptions to drive business decisions and discover solutions.
* **Microsoft Excel**: Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including using SUM function, formatting, sorting, and creating charts.
* **Travel**: Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the country.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **SQL and Data Management**: Experience using primary-level skills in SQL or other data management applications, including creating and maintaining tables, querying and replacing databases using SQL statements.
* **Time Management**: Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and monitoring information and meeting deadlines for multiple initiatives with various completion dates.
* **Project Management**: Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
* **Technical Communication**: Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
* **HRIS and SAP Experience**: Experience with HRIS, including SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, knowledge of control systems, performance management, and succession planning.
* **Human Resources Concepts**: Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
