**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – HRIS Systems Configuration, Reporting, and Analytics**

As a leading retail pharmacy chain, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our HRIS team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for data-driven insights and analytics. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure data quality and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Configuring and maintaining HRIS systems, including SAP/EC, to ensure data integrity and accuracy * Developing and implementing data reporting and analytics solutions to meet business needs * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop data visualizations and dashboards * Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights * Developing and maintaining data documentation and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency * Providing exceptional customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting service level agreements and assessing customer satisfaction * Developing and implementing data quality and integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and HRIS systems **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems * At least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on HRIS systems * Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting service level agreements and assessing customer satisfaction * Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, including using SUM function, putting borders, putting column width, putting charts, using text wrap, sorting, putting headers and footers, and/or print scaling * Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes, including within the country and internationally **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using primary level skills in SQL, including building queries, adding, modifying, and deleting data; creating and maintaining tables, querying and replacing databases using SQL statements, etc. * Experience using time control skills, including prioritizing/organizing and monitoring information and meeting deadlines of multiple initiatives with various completion dates * Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to result in the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives * Experience speaking technical facts to non-technical audiences * Experience collecting requirements, developing solutions, and integrating cross-functional system solutions * Experience helping HRIS, including SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, knowledge of control systems, performance management, and succession planning * Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training * Basic level skills in Microsoft Access, including starting a table in datasheet view, entering data, filtering data, developing a form, editing a form layout, using themes, navigating through records, and/or exporting to Excel * Basic level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including putting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating among slides, growing list level, including, centering, and enhancing text, changing views, putting a table or a note, transferring objects, printing define view, and/or running a slide show * Basic level skills in Microsoft Word, including starting a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, putting bullets, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, compare pane, and/or print functions **Benefits:** * Company-paid life insurance * Medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan – 401(k) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life & personal accident insurance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
