Your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with care and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present findings in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase. * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on responsibilities and a willingness to be a self-starter. * Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field is highly desirable. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive and classified information appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $28 * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (subject to assessments and expenses on international travel) * Access to the latest technology and tools, including a PC and other necessary equipment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative company * A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the airline industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
