**Job Summary**
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group in utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for novel thoughts and activities. You will perform basic examination to relieve the risk of nonconformance through process upgrades, which will uphold arenaflex's objectives, including keeping up with low costs, modernizing the activity, and further developing consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Help with creating and conveying results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assist with examining ad-hoc requests arising due to emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Help with creating and disseminating specific questions to pull and organize data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements.
* Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensure that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Involved ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy.
* Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbal, or presentations to groups of varying sizes.
* Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements.
* Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
* Ability to identify the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide proposals using logic and reasoning.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, help-oriented team environment.
* Ability to focus on responsibilities successfully and be an autonomous self-starter.
* Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
