**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for working with large, messy datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll develop and maintain data visualizations, create ETLs and scripts to automate reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
* Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and drive business decisions
* Create ETLs or scripts to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
* Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
* Engage with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and drive business outcomes
* Analyze stakeholder needs and collaborate with them to share relevant insights
* Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
* Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues
* Mentor colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to work with multiple tables and maintain data integrity
* Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
* Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
