**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in web and cloud application development
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience with data engineering and data architecture
* Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
* Experience with data governance and data quality
* Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
