**Job Description:**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing tasks related to our paid in-stage content development team. This includes designing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and enhancing data answers for budget and mission estimation. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of repeating and improving internal processes, as well as the technical skills required for analysis projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, teams, and our central analysis group to gather information and measurement requirements.
* Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance. Lead reviews, improve data processes surrounding data flow, and ensure data accuracy.
* Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation. Track and log ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier. Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility.
* Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
* Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources
* Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances
* Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
* Certification in data science or equivalent experience
