**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workforce Activities and Business Expertise, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our store and HR partners to identify and address concerns related to work from home and field activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating detailed reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement

* Produce detailed reports for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
* Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports

* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field
* 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience driving high-performing teams and leading cross-functional projects
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

* 5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field environment
* Experience working with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
