**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities Execution team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, and data analysis to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize workforce activities and improve customer satisfaction
* Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
* Experience working with large data sets and developing data visualization tools to communicate insights
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
