**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our Data Architecture team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our data architecture, ensuring that our data is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions** that meet the needs of our business stakeholders, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
* **Develop and maintain data standards and best practices**, ensuring that our data is consistent, accurate, and easily accessible.
* **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists, to develop and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
* **Design and implement data governance and security policies**, ensuring that our data is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* **Develop and maintain data quality and data integrity processes**, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable.

**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**.
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in data architecture**, with a strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
* **Experience with cloud-based data engineering and architecture**, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* **Strong understanding of data governance and security policies**, including data encryption, access control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* **Experience with data quality and data integrity processes**, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
* **Strong communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**.
* **3+ years of experience in data architecture**, with a strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
* **Experience with big data technologies**, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
* **Experience with data visualization tools**, including Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
* **Certifications in data architecture**, including Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
