**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Information Center, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that support our business applications. Your expertise will help us improve data quality, reduce costs, and enhance our overall customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Lead Data Architecture**: As the subject matter expert in data architecture, you will lead the development and maintenance of data models, data quality, and data governance to support business applications.
* **Define Data Sets**: You will define and implement datasets for various business functions, such as Sales, Stock, and Marketing, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* **Develop Data Standards**: You will create and maintain data standards, including data quality, security, and compliance, to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.
* **Create Documentation**: You will develop documentation that outlines data flows from source systems to the utilization layer, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
* **Collaborate with Stakeholders**: You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data solutions that meet their requirements.
* **Stay Current with Industry Trends**: You will stay up-to-date with the latest data-related technologies, models, and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve data architecture and solutions.
* **Analyze Data Quality**: You will analyze data quality and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* **Drive Data Architecture Process**: You will drive the data architecture process, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement data solutions.
* **Develop and Maintain Data Models**: You will develop and maintain theoretical, logical, and physical data models, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
* **Mentor and Train**: You will mentor and train junior data architects on new technologies and approaches, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
**Requirements**
* **Bachelor's Degree**: You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* **Experience**: You should have at least 2+ years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies.
* **Cloud Experience**: You should have experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure Databricks, and other related data technologies.
* **Data Modeling Tools**: You should be proficient in data modeling tools, including erwin and PowerDesigner.
* **ETL Experience**: You should have experience architecting and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions.
* **Data Governance**: You should have experience with data governance, including data quality, security, and compliance.
* **Communication Skills**: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* **Collaboration**: You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and data analysts.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Master's Degree**: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* **Certifications**: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Architect (CDA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are a plus.
* **Cloud Certifications**: Cloud certifications, such as Azure Certified: Data Engineer Associate or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer, are preferred.
* **Data Science Experience**: Experience with data science tools and techniques, including machine learning and data visualization, is a plus.
