**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Support Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Center Circular Center Inventory & Asset Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, customer support, and inventory management. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Center Circular Center Inventory & Asset Technician, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Security Practices**
+ Adhere to security and data management policies and procedures.
+ Report any security or safety incidents to the management team.
+ Coordinate with security vendors for external sellers.
+ Participate in Task Hazard Analysis (THA) regularly for each task to be performed and ensure shutdown from the relevant individual for any associated risks.
* **Strategic Shift Management**
+ Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or acceleration-based circumstances.
+ Seek guidance from management before proceeding with the next stage of a process.
* **Inbound and Outbound Strategies**
+ Perform data entry to record inbound and outbound packages.
+ Execute incoming/outgoing shipments as instructed by management (e.g., purchase order [PO] receipt, Rack Development Manager [RMS] activities).
+ Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as records.
+ Apply proper customs documentation and guidelines for outbound packages.
* **Customer Support**
+ Maintain a high level of concentration to understand the impact of their work while completing tickets and assigned Stock and Resource Management (IAM) tasks.
+ Ensure IAM tasks are completed precisely as instructed, as well as satisfy organization and industry guidelines and policies.
+ Familiarize yourself with rules set by Microsoft's legal agreements with providers and maintain a high level of customer service.
+ Recognize potential partner impact of external and internal events and issues, convey potential impact, and plan for influence accordingly.
* **Stock Management**
+ Develop working knowledge of stock control and stock management practices and techniques.
+ Perform cycle reviews and data remedies to ensure all stock controls are met.
+ Accommodate stock discrepancies and report errors.
+ Ensure detailed physical stock tracking and organization.
+ Perform material handling, including transporting/receiving and stock management per standard process.
* **Guarantee Interaction Management**
+ Connect with providers to initiate guarantee when automation is not free and process orders.
+ Process failed seller equipment devices using online/alternate tools, including data processing, packaging, shipment, and receipt of return for Return Product Approval (RMA) devices.
+ Follow all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to RMA guarantee process.
* **Information Bearing Device (DBD) Destruction**
+ Perform destruction of information bearing devices (DBD) following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and arenaflex policies as necessary.
+ Ensure DBD chronic number coordinates with database.
* **Acquisition**
+ Inform management about stock deficiency requests.
+ Raise any issues to management.
* **Functional Excellence**
+ Follow existing procedures to run processes and ensure execution with consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of delivery.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Required Qualifications**
+ High school diploma AND 6 months of experience or an internship in stock management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
* **Different Requirements**
+ Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specific security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud personal investigation upon hire/move and every 2 years from that point.
- Citizenship Check: This position requires confirmation of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal limitations. Specifically, this position supports US administrative, state, or local government office clients and is subject to specific citizenship-based limitations where required or allowed by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate's citizenship will be verified with a valid visa.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience in warehouse/production network in a data innovation (IT) environment, IT, or potentially manufacturing, working heavy-duty material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, bed jacks, case lifts) for a large enterprise OR equivalent experience.
