**How You'll Contribute**
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Rapidly recognizing and addressing client issues
* Effectively searching for answers to resolve issues
* Making quality-driven decisions
* Collaborating with a diverse group of clients and partners
* Providing exceptional and personalized service to inbound assistance calls
* Communicating relevant information to clients regarding arenaflex's products, services, strategies, and techniques
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
* Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and nights (arenaflex doesn't offer part-time schedules)
* Capacity to perform multiple tasks and figure out different products
* Advanced education and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
* Dedicated high-speed internet with connection rates of 10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download
* Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
* Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
* Embracing a diverse set of individuals, thinking, and styles
* Reliably prioritizing health and safety, of self and others
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or data entry
