**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ride fitness, well-being, and fairness targets through local employee projects and onsite activities
* Develop playbooks to tune quality practices and optimize employee reviews tied to team goals
* Lead efforts to coordinate all logistics with local stakeholders, group volunteers, and multi-seller guides and representatives in support of essential well-being projects
* Monitor quality practices and effects through reporting and preparing management briefings on results
* Help guide control of success to drive advanced experiences
* Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional relationships both internally and externally for mission readiness
* Serve as branch liaison for all local group projects and act as point person
* Support group leads on mission implementations and deliverables and uphold exceptional service standards
* Work with a successful team in support of well-being, benefits operations, service delivery, communications, and administrative services throughout H&W programs
* Travel: Benefits Roadshows (U.S. only) – 25%
* Manage logistics and execution of activities, such as vendor support
* Manage fine assessments on success and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports
* Collaborate with the team for mission control on local implementations and tune deliverables
* Serve as central point person for all branch-subsidized activities and logistics
* Lead training for volunteers for branch projects
* Create mission playbooks and control annual roadmap planning
**Job Qualifications:**

**What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
* Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
* Proven understanding of mission planning, organization, communication, file monitoring, and customer service
* Outstanding customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making, team-oriented, management-facing, excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States for any organization without sponsorship
* The successful completion of an interview required to satisfy task qualification
* Reliable, punctual attendance is a critical characteristic of the position
