**About the Job**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with our Bookkeeping, Information Analysis, and Design teams to drive business growth and improvement. Your days will be filled with assessing data using SQL and Python, conducting in-depth data analysis and research, creating complex reports and dashboards, and contributing to critical financial planning and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
* Create and implement comprehensive bookkeeping data requirements to support the automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes
* Lead functional improvement initiatives to streamline income tasks and reduce the income close cycle
* Review data quality of journal entries prepared through the Income Subledger and develop Information Quality checks for identified use cases through bookkeeping requirements planning, special investigations, new product launches, etc.
* Work with the Product and Design teams to continuously improve our daily Income Reconciliation process and manage reconciliation investigation with the help of the analysis team
* Conduct monthly income bookkeeping close tasks, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims reconciliations, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations
* Conduct special investigations and projects as assigned
**We're Looking for Someone Who**
* Has 3+ years of experience in income bookkeeping, data analysis, and business intelligence
* Has a solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition, and knowledge of IFRS is a plus
* Has transitional/high-level SQL skills and the ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python is a plus
* Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing work environments
* Can communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both internally and remotely
