As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and making informed decisions to drive revenue. With minimal supervision, you'll practice extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts, with a focus on business travel valuable learning experiences for arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as an informed authority for TMC business for arenaflex, driving business growth and revenue through strategic decision-making. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for arenaflex. * With minimal supervision, practice extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations with TMC accounts, with a focus on driving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual commercial centers. * Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement execution to ensure objective consistency and profit. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development groups. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management group to ensure extraordinary entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement execution to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant preparation/experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong relational skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different groups and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
