As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our corporate travel management organizations (TMCs) and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. If you have a passion for data analysis, business development, and customer relationships, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage TMC business for arenaflex, including building key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences. * Utilize extensive judgment to handle pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer arrangements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Foster key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $26/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Collaborative and supportive team culture. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about business development and operations, we want to hear from you.
