**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against distinguished partner-established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care and Services**: Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, drug treatment management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects.
- **Quality Improvement**: Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and implementing changes.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure region pharmacies comply with administrative compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
- **Financial Performance**: Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives.
- **Patient Experience**: Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- **Staff Development and Support**: Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
- **Data Management**: Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions.
- **Patient Communication**: Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/supplier communication.
- **Customer Service**: Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
**Essential Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration, business administration).
- **Licensure**: Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.
- **Experience**: Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
- **Confidentiality**: Experience working with confidential information.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- **Time Management**: Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
- **Autonomy**: Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and deciding when to escalate issues.
- **Customer Service**: Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Licensure**: Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
- **Insurance Knowledge**: Knowledge of insurance plans.
- **Computer Skills**: Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus.
- **Microsoft Office**: Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font type and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
- **Microsoft PowerPoint**: Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
- **Microsoft Word**: Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
