**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us drive our data security and compliance initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading data entry exercises, investigating stage and data quality issues, and remedying problems before they impact our products and services. You'll also be responsible for taking on smaller projects to improve our production support capabilities, including the implementation of new checking tools, establishing new working systems, and preparing for the release of new products.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading data entry exercises for a group of data analysis products used to support internal bank operations
* Serving as a key member in the identification and triage of production incidents affecting our client data analysis stage
* Analyzing complex technical task difficulties within a large data climate that require in-depth assessment
* Leading research and making reports on ongoing production issues and presenting findings to internal stakeholders
* Leading the development of new task workflows and stage enhancements
* Serving as the point of contact with the internal group and ensuring communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore group
* Championing continuous improvement, including brainstorming new systems and new opportunities
* Contributing to the establishment of performance standards for the team and ensuring activities meet or exceed performance metrics
* Directing the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks, focusing on solutions, methodologies, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome; redesigning and driving continuous improvement
* Leading teams to meet time constraints and driving new initiatives
* Auditing, approving, and executing recommended changes to plans
* Collaborating and communicating with team members to resolve issues and achieve technology mandates
* Serving as a mentor to peers
**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in investigation, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong understanding of large data lake environments
* Experience working with a mix of tools, including HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, and Splunk
* Past experience supporting Kafka and MongoDB
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
* 2+ years of experience supporting large data environments
* 2+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data engineering like Hadoop
* Experience working with a mix of tools, including HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, and Splunk
**Work Assumptions**
This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with the ability to work from home up to 10% of the time.
