**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Design and Enablement Services team. You will be responsible for working with business and IT stakeholders to design, develop, and implement information models and data management solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design, develop, and implement information models and data management solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
* Work with data engineers and architects to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses that support business intelligence and analytics
* Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data documentation to ensure data consistency and quality
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data visualizations and reporting solutions that support business decision-making
* Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support data management and analytics initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that support business growth and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related field
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
* Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
* Strong understanding of data security and compliance principles, with experience in implementing data security and compliance solutions
* Experience with data quality and data governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or COBIT
