**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, patient enrollment, and customer service. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our system
* Handle patient medicine requests and enter top-off orders for processing
* Investigate missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Resolve data entry-related issues and escalate to senior-level staff as needed
* Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
* Make outbound calls to prescribers and patients to resolve issues and answer questions
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
* Acquire a dynamic pharmacy permit or accreditation within the first 90 days and maintain a valid permit or certification

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer
+ Using the mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Writing in URLs in the address bar
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Basic keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing reports
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a state license or certification from the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 words per minute
+ Typing by memory
+ Designing reports
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
