**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, reporting, and presenting complex data insights to internal clients and stakeholders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs.
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
* Design and develop software applications for internal clients.
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
* Convert data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
* Troubleshoot technical issues.
* Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
