As a member of the Revenue Accounting team, you'll be responsible for performing essential accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You'll have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including external contacts, and contribute to the success of arenaflex's financial operations.
**What You'll Do**
* Perform fundamental accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting, for various Revenue Accounting regions, including payments received, billings, tickets issued/used, etc.
* Explore and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly, including communication with external contacts, when necessary.
* Complete data entry of accounting data
* Alter/review daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands
* Disperse and store month-end closing financial reports
* Perform various capabilities/impromptu activities as allocated by the immediate supervisor/administrator to support the division's/organization's achievement of objectives and business targets
**All You'll Need for Success**
* Least Capabilities Training and Earlier Professional training:
+ Secondary School recognition or GED Equivalency
* Favored Capabilities Training and Earlier Professional training:
+ College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field or comparable preparation/experience
+ Aircraft/travel service accounting experience
* Abilities, Licenses and Certificates:
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Knowledge of broad accounting standards/systems
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision really
+ Intelligent, insightful ability to reason
