We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a leader in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. **Job Summary** As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting MHE merchants regarding information management * Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design * Implementing all future releases of software * Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting utilization to MIS * Regulating nonexempt staff * Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end users * Managing and monitoring end-user access and permissions and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job has been updated to include remote work options) **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
