**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and update internal databases, dashboards, and layout libraries to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Design, develop, and disseminate standardized metrics and data visualizations to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
* Perform exploratory data analysis, cleansing, and aggregation to uncover insights and inform business strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, driving client story commitment and enhancing reality-based decision-making.
* Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by creating custom dashboard arrangements and providing scientific support to innovation groups.
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Incorta, Prophet, and SQL.
**We're Looking for Someone Who:**
* Has moderate experience in store network analysis, displaying, and dashboard development.
* Possesses a collaborative approach to presenting complex data insights and concise summaries tailored to diverse audiences.
* Is a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Ability to apply data analysis skills to multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
* Business-relevant experience with various Displaying and AI Strategies, including regression, tree models, survival analysis, clustering, estimation, anomaly detection, association rules, and more.
* Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL.
* Openness and business-relevant experience with various data ETL tools, including Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig.
* Familiarity with various statistical languages, including R, SAS, SPSS, Stata.
* Strong understanding of data handling methods, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
* Experience in retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or store network insight is a plus.
