As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in our development process. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to generate candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implementing the selected answer, and helping the adoption of the solution by the team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You'll enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, you'll revel in operating with custom standalone gear and growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines.
