**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Operations Lead to join our team in Charlotte, USA. As a key member of our Data Operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of large data lake management and analytics solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, drive business outcomes, and champion continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of large data lake management and analytics solutions, including the design and implementation of new data pipelines and data quality initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, including data quality, data integrity, and data security concerns.
* Develop and maintain data quality and data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards.
* Lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams.
* Lead the development and implementation of data quality and data governance initiatives, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement data architecture and data engineering solutions, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines.
* Develop and maintain data security and data compliance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards.
* Lead the development and implementation of data analytics and business intelligence solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions, including predictive modeling and machine learning.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or related field.
* Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.
* Strong technical skills in data management, data analytics, and data engineering.
* Experience with large data lake management and analytics solutions, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
* Experience with data quality and data governance initiatives, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
* Experience with data security and data compliance policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements and arenaflex standards.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
