About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Researcher to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Researcher, you will play a critical role in helping us unlock the full potential of our vast data assets. You will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business value and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompting on examination and demonstrating strategies, choosing the best fit for organized and unstructured, complex information, and creating custom investigation models to produce experiences that drive an incentive for our clients and open upper hand for our association.
- Teaming up with our information specialists to accumulate the right data from our different sources so you can carry out cutting edge factual strategies and plan mediations to enhance how our business can best perform.
- Leading exploratory investigation including theory testing, factual induction, and measurable examination (prescient and additionally prescriptive).
- Cooperating with business and specialized partners to interpret testing retail business issues into cutting edge information science arrangements.
- Creating cycles and instruments that screen, break down and ceaselessly work on model execution and information exactness.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data research, data science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
- Experience with data governance and quality tools such as Informatica or Talend.
