**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our virtual customer support and data entry team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes
* Design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and systems to support business needs
* Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, including peers, colleagues, and leadership

**Essential Capabilities**
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and other similar technologies
* Strong understanding of data science concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining
* Experience working with large datasets, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline, including a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field
* Experience communicating at the executive level, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Experience driving cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers
* Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
* Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
