**Responsibilities**
As a Data Scientist on our Live Chat Support team, you'll be responsible for:
* Analyzing customer interactions in live chat to identify patterns and areas for improvement. This will involve working with large datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
* Developing predictive models to enhance response efficiency and automate support processes. You'll use machine learning and AI techniques to optimize chatbot interactions and improve the overall user experience.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. This will involve working closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to develop and implement new features and processes.
* Monitoring key support metrics and generating insightful reports for leadership. You'll use your analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process optimization.
* Utilizing machine learning and AI techniques to optimize chatbot interactions. This will involve working with our chatbot development team to develop and implement new features and processes.
* Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices. You'll work closely with our data governance team to ensure that our data is accurate, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or AI-driven customer support solutions.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
* Experience with NLP and chatbot optimization is a plus.
