**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and optimize data-driven solutions to optimize the omnichannel delivery chain, leveraging advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science insights into business decisions and drive business impact
* Design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making
* Develop and maintain complex data models, including linear and nonlinear programming, mixed-integer programming, and stochastic optimization
* Work with large datasets, including ambient and perishable inventory, transportation, and logistics data
* Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
* Communicate complex technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business strategy and decision-making
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Ph.D. or M.S. in a quantitative field, including Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics, with up to 10 years of relevant work experience
* Strong background in optimization modeling, including linear and nonlinear programming, mixed-integer programming, and stochastic optimization
* Experience with optimization toolkits/libraries, including CPLEX, Gurobi, XPressMP, or open-source solvers
* Strong software development skills in languages, including Python, and familiarity with machine learning libraries, including Scikit, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
* Ability to communicate complex technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with cloud technology, including GCP, Azure, Spark, Hive, and TensorFlow
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Established track record as a full-stack data scientist who develops, optimizes, and scales models for the manufacturing environment
* Experience with solving complex stock/operations planning problems and stochastic discrete optimization problems using heuristics, integer programming models, and/or simulation-based approaches
* Strong background in machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
* Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and graph models
* Strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals
