**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Data Source Identification**: Identifying and extracting relevant data from various sources, including external datasets and internal systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data pipelines to support key initiatives.
* **Problem Formulation**: Analyzing complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design experiments to test and validate solutions.
* **Analytical Modeling**: Developing and deploying machine learning models to drive business outcomes. You'll work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, and collaborate with product teams to integrate models into production environments.
* **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Ensuring that machine learning models are deployed and scaled effectively to meet business needs. You'll work with MLOps teams to develop and implement model deployment pipelines, and collaborate with data engineers to optimize model performance.
* **Code Development & Testing**: Writing high-quality code to develop and deploy data science solutions. You'll work with software engineers to design and implement data pipelines, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet quality and reliability standards.
* **Applied Business Acumen**: Applying business acumen to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. You'll work with stakeholders to develop business cases, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
* **Model Assessment & Validation**: Evaluating the performance of machine learning models and identifying areas for improvement. You'll work with data scientists to develop and implement model evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product teams to optimize model performance.
* **Data Visualization and Storytelling**: Developing compelling data visualizations and stories to communicate insights and drive business outcomes. You'll work with data engineers to design and implement data visualization pipelines, and collaborate with product teams to integrate visualizations into production environments.
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science and machine learning
* Deep knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, including statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning algorithms
* Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience working with data engineering tools and technologies
* Ability to execute projects end-to-end, including data extraction, modeling, and deployment
* Experience with MLOps, data engineering, and software development
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
