**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and data engineering to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
* Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
* Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
* Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive innovation and improvement.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
* Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing predictive models using techniques such as linear regression, decision trees, and clustering.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and data engineering tools, such as Apache Beam or Apache Spark.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
* Experience in Reinforcement Learning or other advanced machine learning techniques.
* Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related data.
