**Key Responsibilities**
As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system
* Implementing SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain expertise, including design and maintenance of data
* Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
* Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
* Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
* Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
* Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

**Minimal Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet one of the following minimal qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a technology, retail, or data-driven organization
* Strong experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain expertise
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
