**Home Setup Requirements**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements. Here are the key requirements:
* **Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
* **Internet Requirements**: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
* **Work Environment**: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
* **Device Requirements**: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
