**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to arenaflex Crewmembers, both on-site and remotely. You'll be the go-to expert for all technical issues, from communication and cell phones to software applications and hardware. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all Crewmembers have access to the tools and resources they need to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch support to arenaflex Crewmembers, both on-site and remotely, for all technical issues related to communication and cell phones, software applications, and hardware.
* Organize and prioritize the resolution of episodes and demands from start to finish, utilizing internal and external resources as needed.
* Screen and support systems, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintain and update client access, ensuring that all Crewmembers have secure and reliable access to arenaflex systems.
* Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines to ensure seamless support and service.
* Work towards achieving first-contact resolution for all issues, minimizing the need for escalation.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all solicitations, adhering to arenaflex standards and protocols.
* Update and refresh information base documentation with the most up-to-date information.
* Organize and respond to significant occurrences and blackouts, ensuring that all Crewmembers are informed and supported.
**Work Environment and Culture**
* Located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, with regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica.
* Collaborative and dynamic team environment, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

**Least Experience and Capabilities**
* Secondary School Diploma or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate.
* Experience supporting the latest operating systems or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate through Coursera.
* Experience in carrying out and supporting applications.
* Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%).
* Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US.
* Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US.
* Experience using desktop arrangement bundles.
**Favored Insight and Capabilities**
* Certifications (Microsoft, Networking, programming languages).
* Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products.
* Knowledge of Trade and Office Suite.
* Knowledge of LAN climate utilizing TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
* Knowledge of communication, messaging, and framework (VOIP and POTS).
* Knowledge of cell phones.
* Knowledge of MDM arrangements like Work area ONE and Microsoft Intune.
* Knowledge of General media arrangements.
**Crewmember Assumptions**
* Regular attendance and reliability.
* Possible need to work flexible hours and be available to respond without prior warning.
* Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
* While working or traveling on arenaflex flights, and if time allows, all fit Crewmembers are expected to assist with light cleaning of the airplane.
* Should be a proper hierarchical fit for the arenaflex culture, or at least, display the arenaflex values of Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Honesty, Energy, and Fun.
* Advance arenaflex's #1 value of safety as a Wellbeing Representative, supporting arenaflex's Wellbeing Management Framework (SMS) components, Wellbeing Strategy, and social principles.
* Identify wellbeing or potential safety concerns, issues, episodes, or hazards that should be reported and report them as soon as possible and without hesitation, including arenaflex's confidential reporting frameworks (Avionics Wellbeing Activity Program (pronto), JEMS or Security Activity Report (SAR)).
