As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining the integrity of our network and desktop infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and responsibilities, including: * Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to network and desktop infrastructure, including hardware and software issues * Maintaining the integrity of our network and desktop infrastructure, including password management, data security, and record keeping * Conducting site visits to investigate technical issues and provide on-site support * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support **Key Obligations** As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key obligations: * Answering customer care demands and determining the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintaining trust in TSG * Speaking with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.) * Exploring distinguished issues by getting clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal * Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled * Conducting circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally * Finishing administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Full Stack IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in network and desktop infrastructure * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner * Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems (client/server) * Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with Linux operating systems * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana * Strong knowledge of network protocols and architecture * Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V **Skills and Competencies** To succeed as a Full Stack IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
