We're committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our values to join our team. **Job Responsibilities** As a Partner Item Director, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous item discovery efforts, defining item requirements that enhance the customer experience, and influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous item discovery efforts and define item requirements that enhance the customer experience * Influence client information, conversational analysis, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Work with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments * Collaborate with core product teams to define client stories, guide item definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience * Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the item and plan clear data-driven item recommendations accordingly * Maintain and refine the item backlog, planning client stories to the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value * Support the definition and creation of the item strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience **Essential Qualifications:** * Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field * Strong interest and enthusiasm for understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action * Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating item functionality * Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by the ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with conversational AI, chat automation, and customer experience design * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers * Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on innovation and disruption **arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
