We're passionate about making a positive impact on the world and are committed to creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our Manufacturing Team, you'll be responsible for assessing product plans, developing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the production of our high-performance computing systems. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for manufacturing and supply chain development, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead surveys among Design and Manufacturing teams to drive expectations that are critical to executing Design for Excellence (DFX) and test procedures. * Ensure plant availability, support manufacturing line ramp-up, provide product investigation training, and assemble feedback on form issues. * Manage the bill of materials (BOM) and drive yield span investigation to improve product quality. * Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. * Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets. * Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements. * Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) BOMs into Product Information Management (PIM) framework. * Support second-source part capability and release of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs). **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Four-year certification in Electrical Designing, a connected field, or identical relevant experience. * Three years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. * Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part providers for server farm-class server pedal items (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC). **Preferred Qualifications** * Three years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. * Experience making and executing a plan approval test plan for a complex electronic assembly. * Understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, and post-silicon validation. * Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and manufacturing execution systems (MES). **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
