**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Supporting, mentoring, and motivating** your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* **Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises** to ensure seamless operations
* **Collaborating** with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
* **Lifting up to 49 pounds** and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to meet the demands of the role
* **Standing/walking** for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in environments with varying noise levels, and adapting to variable temperatures and weather conditions
* **Continuously climbing and descending stairs** (applicable to sites with stairs)
