**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
* Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of medications, including retrieving, counting, and pouring prescription medications
* Perform administrative tasks, such as processing voids, returns, and exchanges, and handling customer complaints
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and maintenance
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and arenaflex's pharmacy systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescription medications
* Experience with inventory management and stock control
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through arenaflex's training program
