This apprenticeship program guides you in becoming a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) licensed Pharmacy Technician and supports you in maintaining the high level of skill required in the pharmacy care industry. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for: * Assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations * Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products * Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superb customer experience * Developing strong relationships with most valuable customers * Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Strictly adhering to the arenaflex Co.
