Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting the pharmacist in the exercise of pharmacy, including the performance of other pharmacy branch duties according to employer policies and procedures. * Using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions. * Modeling and providing a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients with greetings and assistance with services and products. * Resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a superb customer experience. * Fostering strong relationships with most valuable customers. * Performing duties as assigned by the Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy. * Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow. * Reporting prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program. * Strictly adhering to the arenaflex Co.
