**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of our conversational AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Work with our data science team to develop and implement metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our conversational AI platform.
* Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
* Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
**Requirements**
* 4-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support.
* Proven track record of delivering innovative products that meet the evolving needs of customers.
* Strong understanding of technical concepts, including AI, machine learning, and data science.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with conversational AI platforms, including design, development, and launch.
* Strong understanding of data science concepts, including data analysis and machine learning.
* Experience working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure.
* Experience working with DevOps tools, including Jenkins and Docker.
