As a sales specialist on our CXE Acquisition Team, you will be part of a talented group of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced full stack sales specialist to join our CXE Acquisition Team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering on new customer adoption of arenaflex's Connect service. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Articulate a compelling value proposition for the arenaflex Connect Service, highlighting its unique benefits and competitive advantages * Develop executive relationships with arenaflex customers and create strategic value by introducing and evangelizing the Connect service * Provide subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle, leveraging your knowledge of cloud-based call center solutions and customer experience best practices * Initiate Immersion Days and POCs with technical account team members to demonstrate the value and capabilities of the arenaflex cloud to prospective customers * Research and identify new opportunities for arenaflex to innovate on behalf of our customers, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies * Collaborate with account team to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure * Communicate lessons learned, service recommendations, and best practices to arenaflex leadership and service team members to continuously improve service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements * Meet and exceed sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction * Travel approximately 10-15% to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, building relationships and driving business results **A Day in the Life** At arenaflex, we value work-life harmony and believe that achieving success at work should never come at the expense of sacrifices at home. Join our dynamic team and experience the arenaflex difference. **Basic Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in business development or sales for call center technologies, with a proven track record of delivering results and building strategic relationships * Presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences * Track record of building rapport with C-level stakeholders, and working with customer experience and call center professionals * Building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to develop and execute territory plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction * Experience helping customers develop a strategy for and deploy cloud-based call center solutions, leveraging arenaflex's expertise and best practices * Innate desire to learn new technology and business solutions, developing compelling value propositions for customers and driving business results * Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns, building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth * Experience with cloud solutions, including arenaflex's Connect service * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM tools and other sales productivity software * MS or MBA, with a focus on business development, sales, or a related field **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Our total compensation package includes variable pay via a sales compensation plan, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
